Another exciting year looms in the horizons

With the books covered, new lessons plans being implemented and the inter houses done; the focus will now shift to the beautiful game of football.

SASFA hereby confirms that 2015 will be as exciting as ever before. School Sport has received a boost with the proclamation by government and stakeholders that all matches will be played on a league basis.  This augurs well for our plans of promoting access and redress through this noble platform.  Our national office is being flooded by requests for inclusion in our programmes by model C schools ad schools that were traditionally linked with Rugby and Cricket. We promise to do our level best not to leave anyone outside. Schools Football for All.

The schools registration process is currently underway and the closing date for all entries to the sponsored tournaments is the 17 March 2015. All the calendars have been finalised and there will be lots of cross crossing around the country in pursuit of excellence, promotion of healthy lifestyles and making new friends as part of Nation Building.

Let’s meet in the football fields and bring back that vibe of Football Wednesdays in Schools.
